Store credit issued as a refund is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser. Store credit can be applied towards the purchase of any product(s) available. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, and no cash or credit card refunds will be provided. The following items are not eligible for refunds in the form of store credit: Custom-made or personalized products. - Products that are specified as non-refundable or final sale items at the time of purchase.
